Shot at an old WW2 fort in the Presidio of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge can be seen in the background in most shots. Azeveda provided a fully detailed costume for this episode, based on Johnny Depp's wardrobe in "Pirates of the Caribbean." He even had a few silver and gold teeth.
