Fun Facts: This episode was shot as the first "traditional"
Mark and Matty's were... unscripted and filmed on the fly, with a time
restraint. Matthew brought three gag/ideas to the table and with the
help of Mark and Tom Gibbons (a fried and former co-worker of Matthew),
the three quickly laid out how the three ideas could work together.
While changing locations, Matthew forgot the coffee cup was still taped
to the roof of his truck... this explained why there were about 15 or
so people yelling at him while he was driving down the street. Also,
Matthew never really slammed Mark's head into the dashboard... originally
he was directing Mark to act like the car had come to a halt. When editing,
the scene played funny to include the part of the shot where Matthew
was "directing" Mark by grabbing his head and pushing it into
the dash. Also notice, Mark is STILL wearing the same outfit as he has
in EVERY episode. This is the first time we see Matty in his black jacket
since Chapter 1 and out of his brown blazer.
And
yes, at one time... Matthew's coffee drink of choice was a "Grande
decaf sugar-free vanilla soy latte with whip and NO FOAM!" |
